After you sign up and I receive your address, the bonuses listed above will be mailed. A few days before the official course starts on Sunday, June 5th you will receive access to the yoga videos and relaxation music track plus a self-discovery worksheet to help you get in the right mindset for the course.
Then each Sunday you will receive an email giving you access to that week's lesson which will include a self-awakening worksheet that can either be:
This weekly lesson will also include a corresponding guided meditation, breathing exercise, sound healing, technique, visualization, or energy-shifting activity. These can be done or used as much as you like during the week and throughout the program. You will end up taking the ones you like the most and bringing them into your life after the course is over.
Add the yoga and relaxation track into your routine. You can do one class in the morning and the other in the evening each day or opt to do each video once a week. Yoga allows your body to move, strengthen, and release stress and tension. The relaxation at the end helps your body, mind, and spirit reap the benefits from your practice and helps bring about an awakening to your higher self.

This whole course is meant be accessible, fun, and not too intense. I created it in such a way that you can do it while traveling all summer or while being home with your kids. You can have it take an hour each week or an hour a day. Either way you will experience positive change in your life.
Some of the exercises might bring up some old hurts and I want you to know that your subconscious won't allow you to bring up anything you are not ready to deal with so don't worry about diving into your inner self and your past. You will feel lighter and more in touch with your soul after you do this work.
